Determined to make  a change in the industry, Thomas decided to start Boy Dog Entertainment.  Building a team of  trusted individuals, they work tirelessly to bring light to unknown artist, engineers,  and producers.

 Richard worked hard to lead himself down the path to  being president. Inspired by the years as a composer and song writer. Richard invested any free time in enhancing his skills and advancing his knowledge to further his passion for music.
